Inclusive start of the range, in UTC; None reaches back as far as the broker keeps.

to: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

Exclusive end of the range, in UTC; None ends at the newest entry.

cursor: Option<String>

The next of the previous page of this request; None for the first.

limit: u32

The number of entries wanted, at least 1. The page may hold fewer, and more only if entries share a timestamp.
