#[non_exhaustive]pub struct Session {
pub windows: Vec<SessionWindow>,
pub extended_windows: Vec<SessionWindow>,
pub holidays: Vec<NaiveDate>,
pub overrides: Vec<SessionOverride>,
}Expand description
Trading hours: the windows in which an instrument trades.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.windows: Vec<SessionWindow>Regular windows. With no regular or extended windows, the session is always open, apart
from its holidays and the dates in overrides.
extended_windows: Vec<SessionWindow>Pre-market and post-market windows in the exchange zone.
holidays: Vec<NaiveDate>Trading dates on which every window is closed, including overnight windows.
overrides: Vec<SessionOverride>Date-specific hours, such as early closes and exceptional openings. An override replaces the weekly windows and any holiday of its date.
Implementations§
Source§impl Session
impl Session
Sourcepub fn new(windows: impl IntoIterator<Item = SessionWindow>) -> Self
pub fn new(windows: impl IntoIterator<Item = SessionWindow>) -> Self
Trading hours made of windows.
Sourcepub fn with_extended_windows(
self,
windows: impl IntoIterator<Item = SessionWindow>,
) -> Self
pub fn with_extended_windows( self, windows: impl IntoIterator<Item = SessionWindow>, ) -> Self
Adds the extended windows beside the regular windows.
Sourcepub fn with_holidays(
self,
holidays: impl IntoIterator<Item = NaiveDate>,
) -> Self
pub fn with_holidays( self, holidays: impl IntoIterator<Item = NaiveDate>, ) -> Self
Closes every window on these trading dates.
Sourcepub fn with_overrides(
self,
overrides: impl IntoIterator<Item = SessionOverride>,
) -> Self
pub fn with_overrides( self, overrides: impl IntoIterator<Item = SessionOverride>, ) -> Self
Replaces the hours of the dates in overrides. For a date listed twice the first applies.
