Configuration for range-bar construction.

The range_size sets the fixed price range per bar. It can also be derived from ATR via with_atr.

Fixed range size in price units

§use_atr: bool

Whether to use ATR for range size

§atr_period: usize

ATR period if using ATR-based ranges

§atr_multiplier: f64

ATR multiplier
