Drawing toolbar dimensions and retained configuration values.

Use DrawingToolbarConfig to set toolbar width and padding; colors come from the active egui visuals and theme.

ICON_SIZE: Default icon side length in egui logical points.
PADDING: Default padding in egui logical points.
